Waterfront City is the largest parcel of land available for development within Docklands.
It is becoming a large-scale entertainment and retail precinct with an active public marina and waterfront. The precinct could also provide opportunities for ’satellite’ accommodation for film, television, and IT industries adjacent to the File and Television Studio Complex.
