Victoria Harbour’s apartments reside in this centrepiece of Melbourne Docklands. The area features the extension of Collins and Bourke Streets, which meets at the waters’ edge. While Victoria Harbour is a commercially focused area, there are also a number of luxury apartment buildings, including the award-winning Dock 5, which was developed by Lend Lease.
In the heart of the Docklands, Victoria Harbour has been the key precinct for Docklands, since it contains 3.7 kilometres of waterfrontage. This land was considered unsuitable for high-rise, both because of soil conditions and the inevitable onvershading of the waterfront, despite Lend Lease’s iconic Dock 5 building.
